At 1211138 Ontario Inc., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our tandoor ovens. To ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers, we have outlined our return and refund policy as follows:

1. Returns for Defective Products Only

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately by emailing our customer service team with clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

3. Return Window

All return requests for both defective and non-defective products must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer/owner. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse return shipping fees.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@tandoormorni.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
  • If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.
6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

At 1211138 Ontario Inc., your satisfaction is important to us. We have established the following policy for returns in Canada.

90-Day Return Window

We accept returns for items within 90 days from the date your order is delivered. Any return requests initiated after this 15-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Product Condition: The product must be new. This includes products that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used. We cannot accept returns for used, installed, or altered products.
  • Reason for Return: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the condition requirements above.

Exchanges

We do not accept or process exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return your original product (following the policy above) and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tandoormorni.com or +1(416) 737 8705 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your item, including the address and details for the designated drop-off location.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • For Defective Products: If you are returning an item because it is damaged or non-functional upon arrival, Tandoor Morni will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • For Non-Defective Products (Buyer’s Remorse): If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item), you (the customer) are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. All transactions and refunds will be processed in CAD.
