Return & Refund Policy

At 1211138 Ontario Inc., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our tandoor ovens. To ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers, we have outlined our return and refund policy as follows:

1. Returns for Defective Products Only

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately by emailing our customer service team with clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

3. Return Window

All return requests for defective products must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer/owner. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse return shipping fees.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.

6. Refunds
