Tandoor Morni's Policy

At our company, we understand the importance of delivering your clay tandoor oven and accessories in a timely and secure manner. That’s why we have put together a comprehensive shipping policy to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition. Here are some key points to keep in mind:

• Quick Processing: We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days, so you can enjoy your new clay tandoor oven as soon as possible.
• Secure Shipping: We ship our clay tandoors and accessories through reliable courier and trucking services to ensure safe delivery. We also provide insurance coverage while in transit.
• Delivery to Dock Level or Curbside: Delivery of the tandoor oven will be made to a dock level (if available) or to the curbside only, with a tailgate. It is important to ensure that the entry door of your premises is wide enough to accommodate the tandoor oven.
• Inspection: Customers must inspect the clay oven for any visible damage, especially the clay portion, before the driver leaves the premises. Waiting time at the rate of $75 per hour applies after the first 20 minutes of free inspection time.
• Extra Charges: If the delivery is not received on the scheduled day, and the driver has to show up a second time, extra charges will apply.
• Communication: We will keep you informed about the delivery of your tandoor oven by email or phone, one hour or one day before the delivery.
• Minor Cracks: Minor hairline cracks and uneven filling at the side window and the bottom of the clay ovens are normal and will not be considered damage to the clay tandoor.
  
  

Please note that drivers are not responsible for delivering the tandoori oven inside the building premises. Customers must make their own arrangements to uncrate and take the tandoor inside the building. We hope that you find our shipping policy helpful and we look forward to serving you soon!
